OrdersCan I add items to my order? Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order with the extra items and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order. When will my order ship? All purchases made from ZeBou.Co™ will be processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days if accepted by ZeBou.Co™ and upon receipt of payment at ZeBou.Co™ (www.zebou.co) and in stock, unless other specified. We will make every effort to get your order out quickly. All purchases made from ZeBou.Co™ during weekends will be processed the following business day. During the dates of our trade shows and holidays, shipping times may vary. Where do I leave my personalization details? Once the style of chain is selected, there is a customized box where you would input your custom word, letter or phrase. What chain length should I get? The length is the TOTAL LENGTH of the necklace measured from end to end. A 16" necklace length will sit just under the collarbone, (not a choker), on a slim/petite neck. Adjust from there for your body type and where you want it to lay on your chest. For the most accurate length we recommend to measure around your neck or wrist at the spot you want the necklace/bracelet to sit. Wrap a string or cord around your neck/wrist, then measure it. For bracelets add a 1/4" or 1/2" depending on a normal or looser fit. Can I personalize both sides of the jewelry disc? No, we can stamp only one side of of the jewelry disc. Does the sterling silver tarnish and can the tarnish be removed? Yes, all sterling silver by nature will tarnish due to sulfur compounds found in many things. It can happen very fast as it is a "reaction" and not something that only happens over time. Perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, household cleaners, pools, jacuzzis, and sometimes just certain peoples skin oils or perspiration can cause tarnish(oxidize) the silver. Normal sterling silver jewelry cleaner can remove the tarnish. Does the jewelry come in a gift box? All orders come in a ZeBou.Co™ jewelry box. Can I include a personalized note with the order? If you are shipping a gift directly to someone, mark your order as a gift at checkout, then there will be a space to write a gift message.

PaymentsPayment is accepted via PayPal or credit card. You can opt to pay using your credit card via PayPal rather than needing to have an account. Payments made via PayPal are secure and at no time will your credit card details be disclosed. Note that if you pay via a PayPal account that has insufficient funds, then an e-cheque will be generated. These generally take several days to clear and as per PayPal's instructions, we will be unable to ship your order until the funds have cleared into ZeBou.Coâ„¢ account. Credit Card Chargebacks Our company name is ZeBou.Coâ„¢, and the amount charged to your credit card will be noted as from ZeBou.Coâ„¢. We will send you one invoice copy of your order, to keep for your records. If we are notified by PayPal, that you have failed to recognize the credit card charge and refused it; we may be forced to charge you an additional $20.00, for all the necessary forms and labor involved in proving this charge; just as if it was a returned check. Please keep your invoices and match them with the amount. We request you email us first with any questions, in regard to your charge.

ShipmentsShipments are by US postal services which is our preferred method of shipment. We will ship by those methods unless other specified. Shipping available by U.S. Postal Service: First class mail 1 to 5 business days, priority mail 1 to 3 business days or priority mail express 1 to 2 business days. Shipping will include postal fees. Insurance for the value of the shipment is optional. International Shipments International shipments will be sent by priority mail. Because international shipping rates vary, before placing an order please email info@zebou.co with contact information, including your name, email address, and the bill-to and ship-to address. We will then send an email confirming pricing info before placing the order. Once an international order has been processed and charged to your credit card, no "cancellations" or "returns" will be accepted

Returns and ExchangesAll orders are checked twice for accuracy and quality. Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such products are returned in their original condition. Returns by prior authorization only with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be accepted. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please contact us at 407-917-4732 or email our customer service department at info@zebou.co. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, a copy of the invoice, and an explanation of the return. Returns must be made within 14 days of the shipping date, or the return/exchange is invalid. In other words, your return must be postmarked within 14 days of the original postmark. Please adhere to this policy as unfortunately, WE CAN NOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS! Thank you for your cooperation! A 20% restocking fee of the total price will be charged and will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs, such as postage and insurance, and any special-order fees, will not be reimbursed. We cannot accept adhesive nursing pads that have been used, worn, or damaged. No returns on international orders It's best practice to return ZeBou.Coâ„¢ using a trackable carrier such as UPS or Federal Express. You may return using USPS but realize that the return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer, and no refunds will be given for undelivered, lost, or stolen returns. There are no exceptions. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the piece is received, and all other return/exchange obligations have been met. All refunds will be sent electronically via the method of payment. In order to receive your return made via PayPal, you must register completely for a PayPal Account, which is absolutely FREE! This is the easiest and simplest way to receive refunds because you never have to leave your house! After mailing your ZeBou.Coâ„¢, register for a PayPal account (www.paypal.com/) as soon as possible. Enter an accurate and current email address. Unless you complete this process, we will be unable to transfer your refund to you, and your refund will be delayed. Refunds are transferred directly into your personal PayPal account from ZeBou.Coâ„¢ once merchandise has been received by us and all other obligations are met. (After you've registered for your PayPal account) To receive your refund, go online to the PayPal website (www.paypal.com), and enter your password, which takes you to your account. Then click withdraw to initiate sending your refund money into your personal bank account. Follow the PayPal withdrawal instructions. It's that easy! You will receive a PayPal notification via e-mail that you have made this transaction, and your money will be transferred into your bank account within 3 business days. This electronic PayPal process is used because it is simple, free, and very convenient! Claims If the shipment is damaged upon receipt, please file a claim with the carrier and immediately arrange for an inspection in the same box in which your order was packed. Then notify us. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
